Chapter Four will work to ensure that it has the personnel, funding, and polices in place to ensure that its work remains sustainable, efficient, effective, measurable, accountable, and transparent.HUMAN RESOURCE
Chapter Four Uganda currently has a total of eight (8) full time staff.
Out of the eight employees, six are part of the program department with two staff working in finance and administration department. The team is led by the Executive Director who manages fundraising, donor relations, coalition-building, and oversight of the management team.
A part time, unpaid Technical Advisor has assisted the Executive Director in the process of constituting and convening the Steering Committee.
The organization will work to attract and retain the best professionals from the human rights field.
Chapter Four will further seek to support pro-bono interns and volunteers that add value to the organization and to whom the organization is a useful learning institution.
These interns will be drawn from both Ugandan and international institutions. The internship program will prepare young professionals to become civil liberties activists.
The organisation will continue to organise and look out for capacity building programs for the staff and further take deliberate measures to enhance organisational development to bolster efforts towards achieving the mission that it was set out to schieve.
