Patricia Twasiima Bigirwa

Patricia Twasiima Bigirwa is a Ugandan feminist lawyer commited in pursuing a legal career centered on human rights, gender and the law with deep interest in articulating the duality of identities by advocating, writing, pushing for change, improvement and creating solutions.
She has a law degree from Makerere University. While at the law school, she served as an Editor of the Makerere Law Journal and Editor-in-Chief of the Makererean.
Prior to joining Chapter Four Uganda, Patricia worked as Communications and Partner Liaison Co-ordinator at LeO African Institute. She is a member of the Youth for Alternative Policy think thank, an initiative by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. She is currently a permanent writer for Africanfeminism.com.
